Optional Use of Third-Party AI Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IATrad may use a third-party service&nbsp;<strong>only<\/strong>&nbsp;when you voluntarily choose a non-local engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the requested function, transmitted information may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entered or dictated text;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Text extracted from an image;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A selected photograph;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An audio recording;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The source language and target language;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructions required for transcription, extraction, enhancement, or translation of the content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information is transmitted solely to execute the requested action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the selected engine, recipients may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OpenAI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google (including Gemini)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mistral AI (including Voxtral)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DeepSeek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DeepL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IATrad requests your authorization before sending text, audio, or images to a third-party service for the first time. You can decline this authorization and continue using the available local Apple features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Revocation of Authorizations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can revoke permissions granted to third-party AI services at any time from the Application&rsquo;s&nbsp;<strong>AI Settings<\/strong>&nbsp;using the&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab\u00a0Revoke AI Authorizations\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revokes permissions regarding texts, audio, and images;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resets transcription, image analysis, and translation engines back to local Apple solutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevents any new transmission to third-party services until a new authorization is granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: Any API keys you may have saved are not automatically deleted upon revocation. They can be deleted separately in the Application&rsquo;s settings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Personal API Keys<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you use your own API key, it is saved securely in the iOS Keychain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API keys are configured to remain on your device and are not synced to the publisher&rsquo;s servers by IATrad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are used exclusively to authenticate requests sent to the selected provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for protecting your API keys, adhering to the terms attached to your account with the provider, and any potential costs incurred by their use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can delete an API key at any time by clearing its value in the Application&rsquo;s settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Processing by Third-Party Providers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data sent to a third-party provider is processed in accordance with that provider&rsquo;s contractual terms and privacy policy. International Data Transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a third-party service may involve processing data outside of France or the European Union\u2014specifically in the United States or other countries where the provider operates its infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The safeguards applicable to these transfers depend on the provider, your account type, and the contractual terms associated with their service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using local Apple engines avoids sending this content to the third-party AI providers listed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. History Storage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>History records for texts and translations are stored locally on your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you voluntarily enable iCloud synchronization, certain history items may be saved in your private iCloud space using Apple&rsquo;s CloudKit services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The publisher of IATrad does not maintain a central database containing your personal history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can individually delete items from your history within the Application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleting the Application removes its local data. Purchases and Premium Subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-app purchases, validation, restorations, and corresponding transaction details are managed by Apple via the App Store and StoreKit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IATrad only verifies the existence of the entitlements required to unlock Premium features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The publisher never directly receives your banking or payment details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchases are subject to Apple\u2019s terms and privacy policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Technical Data, Advertising, and Tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IATrad currently does not include any third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across different apps or websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Application may locally retain information strictly necessary for its operation, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your settings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected engines and models;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authorization status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local technical counters related to engine usage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Premium access status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information is not used for advertising purposes. Apple may separately process certain technical, diagnostic, purchase, or usage data according to your device and Apple account settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. R\u00e9vocation des autorisations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez retirer \u00e0 tout moment les autorisations accord\u00e9es aux services d\u2019intelligence artificielle tiers depuis les r\u00e9glages IA de l\u2019Application, au moyen du bouton \u00ab R\u00e9voquer les autorisations IA \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette action :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u00e9voque les autorisations concernant les textes, les sons et les images ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replace les moteurs de transcription, d\u2019analyse d\u2019image et de traduction sur les solutions Apple locales ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emp\u00eache tout nouvel envoi vers les services tiers tant qu\u2019une nouvelle autorisation n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cl\u00e9s API \u00e9ventuellement enregistr\u00e9es ne sont pas supprim\u00e9es automatiquement lors de cette r\u00e9vocation.
